- Hotlink Migrant Team Management
I was assigned to manage the whole migrant teams in terms of setting commission schemes, daily sales target, areas attack, distributors connection, etc. As this project is targeted those Kongsi areas and thus there was a lot of unexpected issues occurred continuously.
At this check point, i have experience the toughest roving methods which we were still conducted engagement in the late mid night, facing the security blocking, etc. More and more issues were so challenging and unable to predict them. Anyway, all of this experience can be described as quite valuable to me because no matter any tougher challenges that i faced in future, i can cope them confidently.
