Thanksgiving ^^

Nothing is perfect, but the contentment arise when you satisfied with all the aspects from every perspective. I'm 27 years old tho, it's hard to express the experience when you had tried thousand times misjudged by others without any justification chances in advance. Thanksgiving. Its value encounters in the sense of strengthen one's determination.

Never End Writting

This is the continue writing after 2 years and I think it would be more interesting to record my daily story compare to the past. This is because I have tremendously experienced lots unexpected obstacles and met more people which exceed my naive imagination. The "Marketing Director" in Avanguardia Group Sdn Bhd, it has been two and half years already. I have forced myself to behave in right attitude to fulfill the requirement and job scope of this particular title. However, it is still far away from the professional people who are actually performed well in this position. So, what I'm going to do is, I will definitely spend more time to learn how to become a model leader in this company. Let me list down the few question which constantly appeared in my mind:

Q1: As a director of the company, you do not have upper-level supervisor or leader to teach and direct you to the "right" way of business operation. Thus you are always making the decision on every single step you take and initially have to commit and ensure it is a "right" execution for a company. - "Risky" is the word I wanted to bring out from the above statement

Q2: Strategic planning and communication skills are the basic requirements where you need to be firmed and interactive in any circumstances. When mentioned about the "Strategic Planning", it is the most complicated and subjective terms in any perspective of works. It does sound simple but it is extremely challenging to develop such a fantastic solution for a project.

Q3: I always persuade myself "Youth" is not a big issue for a high position level in a company. Why am I mentioned this is because, during some of the business discussion with my clients, I can definitely feel they are actually neglected and overlooked me mostly at the first impression. This is a strange feeling which I can't find a proper expression by using words.

I'm sharing this is because I wanted to look back to myself after a period of time and I BELIEVE I have already adapted and solved those issues.

Experiences of event "35" - Factors of Production Factory 

Basically, it is a must to identify the logistical issue, space, heights, electric capacity, security, licensing and rental for opening a factory. I have gone through a lot location in sg. Buloh, Aman Puri, Desa Aman, Kepong, Gombak, etc. 5000sqft is much enough for carpentry works but not for storing yet. Build up space 5000-8000sqft and land 11000sqft is the most suitable one.

Additionally, some location might face the issues of gangsterism and vandalism anyway, the immigration party might take action to eliminate the illegal foreign workers too.
